Esprit 100ED
This galaxy field in Ursa Major contains two very bright Messier galaxies: the beautiful spiral M81 Bode's Galaxy and its active-core neighbour M82 Cigar Galaxy. The other bright galaxy in the field is NGC 3077. To the left of M81 is one of its satellites, the faint dwarf galaxy Holmberg IX.
